I noticed there are no Auto Notification features...

Is there any way, via hack or script or something, that would auto send notifications out to ppl who subscribed after you hit save on your new post, instead of having to make the new post, then go into editing that new post and hitting notification that way? seems kinda lame...

It can be done, but Id rather it send notifications out when I finish a new post.

I want to know how to do this also. Let me know if you figure this out.

This is on the Feature Request List. I don't know about a solution for in the mean-time.

I thought auto-notify was not such a good feature to have, since it did not allow control of who or when notices were sent. To that end, I created a patch to the code to allow one to post notices after an entry was entered using the standard interface. I hope this is considered for any future versions.
