How do you code it so the category decides what column the entry will show in?

Basicly: I will have 2 columns on the site. Will operate the site with one blog, with 4 categories. Category 1 to 3 will post to Column 1 and Category 4 will post to Column 2.....

Any pointers would be appreciated.

In the column where you want a particular category to appear, change the MTEntries tag to

CODE
<MTEntries category="propercategory">


should do it.
