Gosh, it's already been a while since I've done this.  ;)

But remembering back, my exported file didn't look like yours, with the breaks in it...  it all just ran together in one continuous line.  I'm not completely sure, but I don't think that you are supposed to have a <br> after each line.  

From the manual:
"Change your Paragraph Separator template to two carriage returns, and do the same for your Line Separator template."

Is that what you did?

well in the similar thread about blogger and this, they said to add page breaks after each line. i will try it without and with the 2 carriage returns as the separator now though. wish me luck (oh and carriage returns are ENTER's or BR's right???) thanks.

alright, i've tried my hardest and i've looked at the other posts, but nothing is seeming to work here. this is the error i'm getting:

An error occurred while importing your data:
Invalid date format '11/23/2001 10:13:00 PM'; must be MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AM|PM

also, let's see... i'm trying to import from grey matter. here is what i have for my standard entries template on the index:

AUTHOR: {{author}}

BODY:

(one BR after each line)

Yeah, that's special instructions for Blogger, I believe.  Using Greymatter you should follow the manual... or at least, that's what I did.

2 carriage returns = hit enter on the keyboard twice

The display in the input box will look blank, but the carriage returns are there.
