Our nonprofit will be promoting events of our own as well as events offered by others around our region. I want to make it very easy to see "what's happening!" during particular time periods.

I will set up a separate blog for events, and use categories to help define the type of event as well as region.

I can see people wanting to:

1) View events by month (in the future)
2) View events by category

and...

3) I need to have events "expire" so they do not display if they are "past tense." I am not sure of the utility of archives of old events.

4) I need to show repeating events, such as peer support groups that meet every Wednesday or the 2nd Thursday of the month.

If anyone recalls seeing a good MT implementation, or have ideas on how this might best be approached, I'd appreciate it.
