I'm having trouble editing the default templates for categories, individuals, and months so they have the side bar like in the default main template.  Currently,  side bar with the calender and links appear at the bottom of the page because of my error.  Can someone post the default templates edited so they include the sidebar with everything the sidebar has in the main index?  If it wouldn't be too much trouble, also make the calender the calender of the month of the individual entry's month?

Or if it would be easier, if you can tell me the proper code to copy and paste so I can figure it out on my own?

Won't it work to just copy the index template over to the other archives, and paste the chunks back together?

P.S. Just change the MTCalendar tag:

<MTCalendar month="this">

in your archive pages to get a calendar in context.

(Won't work in Category Archives though.)
