Started to change my layout and all was going well untill i noticed I don't get scroll bars on the page in IE.  It works fine in mozilla.  I noticed that the page scrolled down if my search form was below the bottom of the page being displayed.  I put my search form at the end of my journal column and it all works but that's not how i want to fix it.  Any other ideas?
