How can I mak Moveable Type use my css file, /content.jsp,  for my weblog's stylesheet?

I just figured out that I can actually edit the index template and decided to post that "I figured it out," but you beat me to answering my own post.

Using index.jsp for my template now, so I can use all the jsp stuff I've gotten addicted to.
