Forget it, I figured out the problem.  Some FTP programs by default will overwrite files when they are uploaded but not directories.  As it turns out, I had to change to the individual directories on my server and overwrite the files directly.  Now that I have all the correct files uploaded, it runs perfectly

After upgrading to 2.0 I log in to MT and I get the summary screen with both of my blogs on it, listing the number of entries and comments. However when I click on one of the blogs, it brings me to the blog control panel where there are no recent entries in the list.  When clicking on 'list/edit entries' or 'rebuild' I continue to get the error message "Error: No Permissions"  I checked all the my permissions settings and i believe they are correct.  Is there a run down of what they all should be, and if they are correct is there another explanation for this error?
