Looks like from your page that you've already found posts having to deal with the IE 6 scrolling bug - Another solution besides f5 is to resize the window - both will allow you to see the whole thing.

I have an intermittent problem. Sometimes my page does not completely load. Only half of the page will show. A refresh loads the whole page. Seems to happen about half the time. Link Any help would be appreciated.
