Login as Melody does not work.
mt-load ran fine.
all images show up fine.
Database reflects user Melody with password other than "Nelson" (could be encrypted but don't think so, tried it anyway...still doesn't work).

Have added new user based on same values of Melody with my ID/password, still not working.

this is the screen I get:

Your URL to MT is http://www.scrapsoflife.com/mt/mt.cgi

Make sure your CGI Path in mt.cfg is http://www.scrapsoflife.com/mt/

Yup! got the cgipath adjusted and a couple other tweaks and now I've gone from Page not Found to Invalid login...progress yes..but not much....

The username and password is case sensitive.  Have you typed it correctly?

Yes, every login has been performed as case sensitive. We even tried the odd-ball password that was in the database file under user Melody. And tried to login with the name/password we created in the database witht he smae parameters as Melody...still no go.

Hey scraps, check your mt.cfg file. What is the StaticWebPath set to? I had the same problems as you because my cfg said: "StaticWebPath /MT/" with upper case characters, while the page was trying to find a /mt/ path in lower case.

That might be your problem. I hope it is, cause you'll fix it in 5 seconds.

Best of luck.

You didn't by any chance make changes to your Datasource path when you modified your CGI Path?

for me, I had to delete all my cookies and then when I tired it worked ok.
