Hello,

Everything seem to be working Ok, but when I tried upgrading to the latest, I get this error message when I do the mt-upgrade26.cgi

QUOTE
Running 'alter table mt_entry change column entry_convert_breaks entry_convert_breaks varchar(30)'
Running 'alter table mt_blog change column blog_convert_paras blog_convert_paras varchar(30)'
Running 'alter table mt_blog change column blog_convert_paras_comments blog_convert_paras_comments varchar(30)'
Running 'alter table mt_blog add column blog_sanitize_spec varchar(255)'

An error occurred while upgrading the schema:

Duplicate column name 'blog_sanitize_spec' at mt-upgrade26.cgi line 70.

I'm not sure if it's really affecting anything. Like I said, everything seems to be OK, (I can log in, I can post), but before I delete the mt-upgrade26.cgi, I wanted to make sure that it was all right.

Thanks for any info...

hmmm, maybe I was wrong? when rebuilding, I get this:

QUOTE
MT::App::CMS=HASH(0x835b1ec) Use of uninitialized value in join or string at (eval 10) line 2.

plus a note, telling me to look at my activity logs, seems to be something to do with  RPC2

QUOTE
Ping 'http://rpc.weblogs.com/RPC2' failed: HTTP error: 500 read timeout

Any info on this? It does seem to be posting on one blog, but not another, and I'm still getting this error:

QUOTE
MT::App::CMS=HASH(0x835b1ec) Use of uninitialized value in join or string at (eval 10) line 2.

Thanks for any help smile.gif

Hmmm, I'm pretty sure that's just a warning message, but this is the first I think I've heard of it in connection with an actual problem (i.e., not being able to post).

So, what exactly do you mean when you say you're not able to post? You get the error but the entry doesn't appear on your blog or ??

hey girlie,

so sorry, didn't realize any one had answered (*s* and I guess I'm not having that big of a problem with it, because I'm not sitting here whining about it biggrin.gif )

And that's correct, the entry doesn't show up, after I save it.
(oh, *G* and I did check, make sure that it's "publishing" and not "drafting" smile.gif

But don't worry about it, I'm just going to delete it, and start a new blog.

This isn't my "main" blog, it's just one I had set up a couple months ago, thinking I was going to use it for something, that I never got around to.

Now, on my main blog, I am still getting this error, but the entries are showing up, besides the error only happening when I rebuild, BUT, when I had a change in the template, did go through.

so. If it's just a 'warning', that I don't have to pay any attention to, than I won't worry/fret/ about it. smile.gif As long as everything on my main blog is doing what I want it to do (and it is) than everything is 'OK' with me smile.gif

THANKS Girlie, and again, sorry for not answering right away.
