OK, so I rebuilt one of my indexes, and now only hlaf of the page shows up in my browser. When you click "View Source" however, it's all there. Any thoughts?

Hit CTRL-A. Does the text show up when you select it all? If so, then your suffering from an IE6 bug that's been addressed in these forums before, somewhere. If not, then look for a tag that isn't closed or a quote in an argument that never gets closed.

Yes, a similar bug to what Deane refers to seems to occur in IE 5.2.2 for MacOSX, and his solution teases it out there too, but I have had another problem from time to time.
My sidebars don't load, and they are MT Includes, not PHP, so they're already built. It happens from my dial-up at home every now and again. I finally figured out to re-establish the connection, i.e., to redial, and then it's fixed. But other people's sites were working fine over the same connection. Emptying the cache, rebuilding the site, rebooting the machine (wireless connection) etc. did not help. I finally decided that it was a supernatural phenomenon, and I now deal with it by being glad it doesn't happen very often.
Dunno if this is related to your troubles, but thought I'd share. In my case, I think maybe the source is also truncated. I can't remember, but it would be toooo weird if it weren't.
