In 2.62, the popup list showing all Web logs on a system sorts A-Z and then a-z instead of mixed cap alpha sort.

It's not a bug. That's how Perl sorts.

Is there any way around this? Is there another option to sorting mixed case alpha? With all the Internet companies and tech companies creating things like 'iPods", etc, being able to sort mixed case is a must.
