Maybe there's something else that's wrong, or maybe it's in the code, but:
Dêcembre is supposed to be Décembre
and Fêvrier is supposed to be Février.

Another thing, still regarding the french version.
I believe that instead of writing "AM" it's "du matin" (which means "in the morning") and instaed of "PM" it's "du soir" ("at night"), right?
There's a problem with that, since past noon, it becomes "PM", incidentely, "du soir" (at night), which obviously does'nt make sense.
Since I don't see any way to fix this, I think this feature should be obliterated altogether.
In french, we either use AM / PM like you, or we use what you call military hour, and when you use that you don't need the AM / PM factor.
Still, i appreciate the thought.
