Can you use the default username and password that was used when you first installed the software?

Nope can't use the default anymore.
And I can't remember what database I used b/c I have had this up for such a long time. I know its not sql. Sorry I am not of much help.

you can find out by going into your mt.cfg and just checking in there.
if you deleted the usernames, i don't think there's any way to fix it from a non-mysql DB. i could be wrong, though.

It says:
DataSource ./db
ObjectDriver DBI::mysql
Database prettyso_mt
DBUser prettyso_admin
Although I don't remember using mysql

i think you might be able to go into the database and manually add a username.

Again had a not so smart moment. I had logged into my other domain and checked out the document. So I am not using sql. I am just going to reinstall MT. =(

I reinstalled it (thank god I have done this so many times so I can upload quickly). So everything is okay. And this time around I created a database. Btw what are the benefits of using sql vs not using it at all?

that question has been asked many times. you can find it through the search. i think it's just a better method to use mainly for speed and just the ability to incorporate php into your page as well.
