Okay, I had a blog as a short project with a crappy URL, but it seems like the project may have more legs than I bargained for, so I bought a better domain today.

(FYI: Oh, Crap)

But I already publish weekly on the old URL, and I have an RSS feed as well. Can I publish the same blog to both URLs until I get all the issues sorted out? Or am I just asking for more work for a silly problem?

If I were in your position, and you don't mind sharing the new URL with your old readers, I'd either redirect your old URL to the new domain, or park the old URL at the new domain. In both cases, two URLs = one blog. There's another way around your problem, I'm sure, but it's more complicated!
