I've turned off the re-publish option for my authors but they can still publish new articles it seems. I'd like all authors to go through a "draft" period - a kind of "submission" mode I suppose.

This enables their posts to be edited and posted in draft mode, but only users with "publish" permissions can switch the posts to be published.

Is this possible or do I have to rely on good faith?
