Hi,

I'm running 2.63 using utf-8 encoding. Recently I noticed some of my categories have the same archive file names. Apparently in simplifying Unicode characters into US ASCII, some categories end up being the same.

Is this a known problem?

My workaround is just rename those cats, but this is a hit-or-miss process.
