Maybe I'm doing something incredibly silly, but I'm not really sure what's wrong. I seem to have installed everything correctly, but there's no way to create a new blog. The only two menu items that are listed on the first page are "edit profile" and "set up bookmarklets." All the help files and screenshots i've seen lead me to believe there should definitely be a "new blog" option.
Anyone have any ideas? I'd rather not have to reinstall everything again...but I will if I it comes to that.
