Is there any way to change the internal numbering/ordering of the blogs?

I would imagine doing a full export and import one at a time might allow this, but beyond that extreme measure, since I am using mysql, is there a way to go in and patch around the order of the blogs?

Just would made administration a little easier since I have to teach a few people how to use this and for the search page ordering , etc.
