Did you look in the troubleshooting section of the manual, in "I changed hosts and now I can't log in to MT"?

my host took care of moving all my stuff over to my new server now that i moved. i think the domain is finally resolved, but now i cant login to mt. is there a certain file i can look at to try and break in?
