Hello: this is kinda strange, but I've been wanting to do this for a long time...

I usually reply to my commenters by editing the comments, as you can see in my weblog:

http://dreams.nu/archives/000001.html

Well, what I want is to include an "read my replies to yesterday's entry commenters" link in all of my entries...

So in entry 00000002, I want a link to the Comments listing template of entry 00000001, and in entry 00000003 I want a link to the Comments listing template of entry 00000004, and so on...

question is, how do I create this link? :-/

Can someone help? sad.gif

Better yet, is there a "reply to comments as admin" function that I can use? One that would actually record when and what time I replied to the comments?

I figured it out. But still, if there's a better way to do this, please let me know smile.gif

Well, what did you figure out? How can we tell you if there's a better way if we don't know which way you chose? wink.gif

Ever seen Fairly Odd Parents? Wanda says "we're fairies not psychics" and Cosmo sez "I can't even read my own mind!"

It was funny at the time anyway. And that's pretty much me too, so I decided to forego the psychic approach ...

So, see, I goes over to Sue's site and I looks at it, and I sees:
CODE
<div class="sue">
in the comments source where Sue replied.

Looked pretty good to me smile.gif

(is that what you figured out Sue? ...)

I don't get what Oscar's saying (what's a div class have to do with the link to previous comments?? tongue.gif ), but I'm guessing use of the MTEntryPrevious and MTEntryID tags.

CODE
<MTEntryPrevious>
<div class="comments-post"><a href="http://dreams.nu/mt/mt-comments.cgi?entry_id=<MTEntryID>">read my replies to commenters of previous entry ยป</a></div>
</MTEntryPrevious>
