Right now, the way my blog index is set up, entries have the date at the top, followed by the body of the entry, followed by a link to post a comment. This is how I'd like the default behavior to be, but sometimes I might want to include the time or some blurb of text in the line with the date. There doesn't seem to be any really obvious way to do this, but perhaps it is possible. Any ideas?

The first thing that comes to my mind is the Key Values plugin.
