I'm looking at using MT to create an online version of a magazine. smile.gif

Three questions:

1) Just how customisable is MT's template? Is it possible to use CSS for formatting, but tables for layout? I need the site to work with only the basics of CSS due to a specific old browser issue.

2) I would want to include pictures with some of the new articles added. Can this be done with MT easily?

3) Is it possible to have multiple distinct sections, each with a different stylesheet, within one instance of MT?

Yes, to all of your questions; MT is really a system of tags that work within HTML pages - as long as a given page with MT tags is processed by the system so the tag information can be retrieved, you can have any page format you like. Adding pictures is as simple as adding the appropriate HTML into your entry - which MT can generate in a cut-and-paste format or as a new entry when you upload. You can use as many stylesheets as you like, just as you can use whatever HTML you need; you may find it handy to keep all your stylesheets as templates within the MT interface (additional templates is also the way many people - like moi - store extra pages that have MT tags that need processing).

That's a fly-by of the answers - let us know if you have more questions.
