Hallo!
I just started my site with the help of my brother and I'm not really into all this template stuff yet....

I had another homepage before, made with www.beepworld.de , where I just had to write down sth in the editor (sth very simple). Now I'd like to copy the texts (which are saved at my account but not online bec. you have to pay for it) and build "old new entries", but the point is: where can I modify the dates? E.g. one entry from my old page was in 22. August 03, I want the written entry to show this date and not the one of the day I "rebuild" the entry in MT...
I'd like to know where I can "turn back the time"...

I hope you understand what I'm talking about... wink.gif

Thanks, Christiane

Christiane, once you import your entries, save them in Draft form; then, at the bottom of the Entry Edit screen, you'll see a field where you can change the 'authored on' date for your post. If you don't see that option, click on the "customize this page" link.

Does that help?

Hi Christine

If you save the entry as draft first of all then scroll down the screen you'll see the 'Authored On' date box appear.

Just change the date to whatever you want.... wink.gif
