When I launched my new site I decided to start from scratch and use the mySQL option that MT gives you.

All went well and everything is up and running how I would like it. I have MyPHP Admin or something like that in my server control panel which lets me access my SQL database.

Is this what I need to backup in case there was a crash or something? Are the templates that I made for MT to use also stored there? Oh yeah... and the obvious: how do I back it up from MyPHP Admin?

Great link, Girlie. So as long as I set my crontab to export the mySQL db, and link my templates to files, I should be solid, right?
