Hi...

I am having a strange problem trying to get auto-discovery to work. I have it turned on in the preferences, but when I include a url - to give an example that should be working:



it doesnt auto ping for me. Is it because I used an anchor tag? Is it because I have Auto-link URLs turned on?

help!!! seems like i have everything right. Everything else is fine. by my understanding MT should take that URL and try and find out if it accepts trackback (which it does), ping it and link the pages.

What am I doing wrong?

Yeah, have you have it written should work.

However if you have that link in the "Extended Entry" portion of the entry, it won't ping. It's a known bug.
