I have skinned my site, and I've made a holiday skin, which is skin3 right now. My default skin is skin1. I have three skins including the holiday one. I see that others can "force" a skin without input from the user, to show off the new skin. I'd like to do that with my site but I'm unsure of how to do it. It seems I would need to delete the users' cookies, and set them to skin 3.

But how???

I might be misreading this, but it still looks as if the user has to manually click a link, and I can do that already. I'm looking to, no matter what skin the user has chosen, force the holiday skin on them without any input from the user.

I think you would need to replace all the existing skinning things (headers, footers, whatever) with your holiday skin ones. That is, make all of your skins identical. And then change them back after christmas.

Ugh. Nevermind! LOL!!! They'll just have to click on the link to see the holiday skin, LOL!!
