I'm looking for a quick and easy way to provide a link to "mail this entry to a friend", that uses a pop-up to enter the address, and that mails the entire entry (plus a little header) to the recipient.

From other posts, it sounds like stepan's MT Mail CGI will do a great job serving my needs, but unfortunately, his site is down.

Are there any other plugs or easy solutions, or does anyone have a copy of MT Mail CGI that they'd be will to email me?
