ok, i want my blog to be on my main page (a.k.a. at http://www.yumemi.org). um, but you need to set the permissions of your blog directory to 777. if i want to do this for my main page do i set public_html to 777? and if so, is this wise? i'm not sure what changing permissions on my entire site, subsites and hostees sites will do. thanks! and if there is another way to do this, please tell me!

put all you MT files in a subdirectory (ex. > www.yoursite.com/blog) then under Weblog Prefernces set both the Local Site path and the Site Url to your top level directory (ex.> www.yoursite.com), at least thats how i did it.
