MT::App::CMS=HASH(0x837b518) could not find ParserDetails.ini in /usr/share/perl5/XML/SAX

The above error msg keep showing up in my MT (in most of CMS pages)

It started after I installed MT plugin manager... is there a problem in that system? thanks
