i would insert a number of max entries than each user can post every signle day.
How can i do that, if possible ?

I don't think I've seen any scripts to limit authors' posting right at the source. I suppose you could do some php scripting to only display an authors post if they hadn't already reached their limit for the day, but it wouldn't stop them from writing a lot of posts.

If the authors are trustworthy, you could just put a reminder note of how many posts per day in the screen when they first log into MT. (The space that says "This welcome message is configurable")

You could control the number of posts of a specific author that would *display* on a given day through tags, but as mentioned, that wouldn't prevent them from posting ad nausem. Good idea, though.
