OtherBlog is great! But, I haven't been able to find any information about how to manage styles for sideblogs using OtherBlog. I don't quite understand the information about templates on the OtherBlog site.

Each blog maintains its own set of templates and stylesheet(s); the idea is that OtherBlog pulls in the entry but not any formatting from the database. The formatting of entries imported into a destination blog from another blog is inherited from the destination blog. Make sense?
