Upon posting or even clicking to manage blog, I receive this:

Can't use an undefined value as a SCALAR reference at /home/sites/site10/web/mt/lib/MT/ObjectDriver/DBM.pm line 354
Up until today, posting worked just fine.
Any suggestions?

Have you reached the limits of your hosting account? That message often pops up when disk allotments have been exceeded.

I had indeed. After removing a substantial amount of content, I was expecting the problem to fix itself. Unfortunately, I had to resinstall MT. Irritating.
Running out of disk space typically will corrupt your database (which is what the SCALAR errors indicate). Once the database is corrupted, freeing up space won't help - as you've unfortunately discovered.
