My perl server does not have UserAgent installed. According to the MT documentation, I can install this myself, and two links are given (to files I require). One of the downloads does not work. I'm taken to a "page does not exist on this server" message.

Download the following files:
http://www.movabletype.org/cpan/cpan-LWP.tar.gz
http://www.movabletype.org/cpan/cpan-URI.tar.gz

I was able to downloard LWP.tar.gz. NOT URI.tar.gz.

I'd LIKE to be able to use the trackback feature of MT. But I can't (I have the latest version of MT installed, too).

Any help as to where I can get the URI.tar.gz file would be appreciated.

It looks like the version number (1.22) that the MT docs are referring to for URI are too old to be kept on the CPAN server -- you could try using http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/URI/...URI-1.30.tar.gz and see if that does it for you.
