For some odd reason I've been getting porn links that go like this

the name changes and the url reflects the name but leads to porn sites. I've been getting these comments everyday on my old entries and I have to keep deleting them like every 5 minutes. I even block the IP addresses but the IP changes too...what could be causing this?

LOL maddy I looked at all the forums and thought that was the best fit. I thought my MT had some sort of bug.

They probably have a dial up connection where in their IP address wouldn't be static so their IP address will always be changing.

Like charle97 suggested try out mt-blacklist (if only I could figure out how to block the spammers on my site using that plugin).

Why would the type of comments that are posted to MT by visitors be a bug?

BTW, if you do a search of the forums on comment spam, you'll find a whole lot of results. This has been a major problem since at least October 2003.

I thought it was a bug or virus almu because every since I updated to 2.66 i've noticed it and since the messages are the same, i thought it was some type of MT virus since I dont get those comments in my guestbook or anywhere else on my site.
