For reasons I can't fathom, the occasional posting on my blog loses its date. At first I thought it was a function of the blogging tool I used. But today I realised that a date on a post had originally been there and now has disappeared. I rebuilt the site, but no luck.

I've tried to think this thing through but can't imagine what might be doing this.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Oh, I should say that when you go to the permalink, the date is there. It's only missing on the main (i.e. index) page entry!

My blog is http://www.xanada.com and if you check in the next little while you should see that the second (of three) posts has no date.

That's cos they're all made on the same day. I'd bet you have the MTDateHeader container in there, which makes the date show up once per day, no matter how many entries.

Find it and remove it,and your problem shall be solved. =)
