As most of you have probably noticed, we've been hard at work implementing some planned changes to the support forum. smile.gif

We've added some new forums, renamed existing ones, and regrouped them all into more meaningful areas. We hope that this will bring a more intuitive usefulness to the forum for our members. We also have some new forums planned for the future which aren't quite ready to go "live" yet, and we think you'll find those to be wonderful additions as well.

During the upcoming days, we'll be continuing to fine-tune the changes we've made, which will include moving topics to the most appropriate forums, whether new or old. Understandably, this could lead to some confusion when trying to find a topic you've created recently and are watching for answers.

One way to alleviate this confusion is to Track the Topic - there is a link at both the top and bottom of each topic, which will add the topic to your subscriptions list. When you return to the forum, you can select My Controls at the top, then, under Subscriptions on the left, select View Topics. You'll see all the topics you've subscribed to, and selecting any one of them will take you to the topic's current location on the board.

Another way to find your recent topics is to use our Search Feature to find all topics you've created or posted in under your member name. Under Search Keywords, type your member name in the area marked Filter by Member Name, and select the radio button for Search with Username Alone. Then, in the Search Options, search in All Open Forums, and Perform the Search.

These two options should help everyone during the transition, and we hope that when we're done, the forum will be an even more valuable resource to our users.

Thanks in advance for your patience! smile.gif
