Got an error: Connection error: Too many connections
Does anyone know why this happens?

Some ISP's place a limit on the number of database connections possible at any one time; it looks like you ran into that. It should be a temporary thing. If this is a constant problem for you then you should submit a help desk ticket to your ISP.
