I wondering if anyone knows a good method for counting entries and then using it in the individual archive.

I'd like to be able to label each entry with it's unique sequence number and the diplay that along with the total number of records.

This would allow me to put "You are on entry X to X total entries" or something like that on my indovidual pages.

I think that the Entry Number plugin will do what you are looking for, along with MTBlogEntryCount
