In this new install of 2.661, the forms to add new entries or work on the templates are only three characters wide. I've reinstalled once, with the same result.

That generally means that your missing styles.css from your mt-static directory, or that your path to the mt-static directory is incorrect. Check those and you should be able to get it fixed.
