I did a search here and saw a couple of people that were having this problem but all of them seemed a little different than mine. I've been using 3.0D since it first came out in April and I have had no problems. My site is on my own dedicated server and nothing there has changed. None of my MT settings have changed either.
Now all of a sudden when I rebuild my site, nothing happens to my main page. None of the new articles or comments show up.
They all stil show up in the Admin section, but none of them are showing up on my actual page.
it's www.angryfinger.org.
Absolutely any help on this would be appreciated.

The last entry I see is from June 28th - are there entries after that? Perhaps your server path has changed - what does mt-check.cgi report as your "current working directory" and how does that compare to your paths in Core Setup?

no, my paths haven't changed. nothing has changed. that's why it's so strange. i'm at a completel loss for what happened.
and yeah, there are posts after that. at least in the admin, they're just not showing up on the main page.

here's what i think may have happened. I made a new index template, and accidentally had it output to archives.html which is where the "main archive index" outputs to.
i think somehow that made everything screwy. But here's the thing. in my ftp it won't let me upload or create a file called "archives.html". it says it's forbidden now.
So, i'm not sure if that would cause this issue, but if so, i'm not sure how to fix, it.
Anyone?

so I tried uploading and overwriting all my old MT files. Then i tried to reinstall MT and i'm getting this error when I run the mt-load.cgi.
Insertion test failed on SQL error Unknown column 'blog_old_style_archive_links' in 'field list'

i'm still getting that error after completely emptying out, then deleting and re-making my db. I have no idea what happened to my MT, but it seems to be gone.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
