This is to let you know that we have suspended mt-comments.cgi in your domain blahblahblah.com as it has taken too much resources of
the server and hence caused server to get down for some time.

So please make any laternative arrangements for the script and not to use that script as it it starts causing problem again then
will have to take certain action.
