While editing an entry, something I mostly do in IE5/Windows, I've often wanted to change a few things.  So I did it:

* New button to change selected straight apostrophes to curly apostrophes
* New button to put single quotation marks around selected text
* New button to put double quotation marks around selected text
* Keyboard shortcuts for these new buttons
* Keyboard shortcuts in alt text of all buttons
* Deal smartly with that annoying IE feature of selected a space after the final word when you select by double-clicking

Feel free to use this.  Place the three images in your moveable/images directory and replace your edit_entry.tmpl file, that's it.  This works for me w/o a hitch, but YMMV.
