Just upgraded from 3.1 to 3.11 and all my category hierarchy got flattened to main cats for everything.
I'm using MT for a detailed subcat based site and this would be very annoying if this is the default behaviour, luckily I'm only in test atm, rather than having the 100+ subcats that are planned
