Hi - hoping you can help.

URL's entered into comments are supposed to resolve
(through an ID) to the proper URL entered.

Instead, for some reason, the URL shows up on mouse
over (on commentor's name), but when I click on the
name - it resolves to an error - not finding the link to
the URL the commentor entered?

Must be some sort of setup or config error on my part
can anyone help please?
