I'm wondering if there's a way to do this, and I'm hoping you all can help me.

What I'd like to do is have a form that allows a reader, from the main index, to sign up for two different mailing lists:

1) A "breaking news" list, where they get a post from MT when I decide it's worthy of being sent.

2) A weekly list that I compile manually.

So, I guess there's a couple of questions:

Is there a way to put check boxes in the form on the front page to make those choices?

Is there a way, that depending on the choices, the mail address is sent to the MT notify list, a flat text file of addresses for the weekly list, or both?
