Where did you find those designs you listed?

Hey all, by digging around links in the archive, I was able to find a list of wonderful Stylesheet styles: Trendy, Rusty, Plain Jane, etc.

I was wondering if there's a link to even more Styles and samples (perhaps user submitted), and if anyone's done anything create to implement features since 1.4?
