Is there any plug-in for MT that makes those little images that person need to read (and comprehend) and write it's content in the box in order to post a comment.

The scode plugin is probably what you're looking for. It was here, but the link doesn't appear to be working at the moment. Hopefully, the site is just down temporarily and you'll be able to snag it soon.
