in my templates I would like to link to:

CODE
http://www.myblog.com/archives/spider/yahoo/title/

instead of

CODE
http://www.myblog.com/archives/spider/yahoo/title/index.html

The difference being the lack of the unnessisary "index.html"

CODE
<h2 id="post-<$MTEntryID pad="1"$>"><a href="<$MTBlogURL$><MTEntryCategories glue=""><MTParentCategories glue="/"><$MTCategoryLabel dirify="1"$>
</MTParentCategories>
</MTEntryCategories>/<$MTEntryTitle dirify="1"$>/" title="Permanent Link: <$MTEntryTitle$>"><$MTEntryTitle$></a></h2>
